The Levine Scholars Program is a highly prestigious scholarship program offered by the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. It is a four-year scholarship that covers the full cost of tuition, room and board, and provides additional funding for summer experiences, research opportunities, and study abroad programs.
The program is designed to support students who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement, leadership potential, and a commitment to community service. To be eligible for the program, students must have a minimum 3.8 unweighted GPA, a minimum 1380 SAT (or 30 ACT), and must be nominated by their high school. In addition, applicants must complete an application that includes essays, a resume, and letters of recommendation.
The selection process for the Levine Scholars Program is highly competitive, and only up to 20 scholarships are awarded each year. Finalists are invited to attend an interview weekend at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they will have the opportunity to meet current scholars and participate in leadership and team-building activities.
