The Gerber Foundation’s goal of improving the nutrition, care, and development of babies and young children has remained the organization’s compass throughout its history. Therefore, programs whose principal beneficiaries are young children between the ages of birth and three are given precedence. The Foundation offers a variety of funding options, including scholarships for students graduating from particular high schools in the Michigan counties of Newaygo, Muskegon, and Oceana.
Students graduating from particular high schools in Newaygo, Muskegon, or Oceana Counties are eligible for the Gerber Foundation Merit Scholarship. The majority of applicants must be seniors in high school, or in one instance, homeschooled pupils.
