In 1916 he organized a scholarship society at national city high school in San Diego country and he was the vice principal of that school. Before this, he established his scholarship concept at long beach polytechnic High School. In the next 5 years, he continuously worked to support his idea. It results that the state organized similar kinds of societies to help students. Only the students who have good grades can apply for the scholarship. The state bylaws decided on a period for organizing membership drives each semester. Conferences are held by authorities annually and the scholastic achievements and student awards are presented by them at that conference.

The California Scholarship Federation is to increase the lifestyle of California students who have high standards in academics. If the students qualify for the eligibility criteria of the California Scholarship Federation then they are eligible for a variety of tuition scholarships but only in the colleges of California State and some selected colleges. In this, around 50 students will receive $2,000 each, and 5 more students will receive $3,000 to find their college fees but these 5 students belong to each region of California.   4. D = If you have a D in any course then won’t help you as you will be disqualified from the membership application.
  • You are unable to use CSF points for the courses like teacher assistant, P.E., or any repeated course.
  • Students can earn Life Membership as well but for this, they have to maintain the consistency of CSF membership for 4 semesters during the second semester of sophomore year.
  • The Life Membership opportunity is applicable only if they qualify for the CSF membership in May or June.
