The Charlotte Area Liaison Group (CALG), which was established in 1991, is predicated on the idea that better and more extensive communication between regulatory agencies and contractors, constituents, and other groups will lead to more employment opportunities. By collaborating closely with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programmes (OFCCP), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and other related administrative agencies, CALG promotes affirmative action and equal employment opportunity by advocating for the positions and viewpoints of its constituents, influencing legislative and regulatory outcomes, and informing constituents about developments regarding regulatory changes.
