Are you currently enrolled in any professional healthcare program at a post-secondary institution? If this describes you, consider applying for the Health Career Scholarships! Students currently enrolled in their second or third year of any academic healthcare profession training course are eligible to apply for the scholarship. The International Order of The King’s Daughters and Sons, an interdenominational Christian service organization with its headquarters in New York City, is the organization that will be awarding the scholarship. They are convinced that if they help train future medical professionals, it will be easier for them to fulfill their purpose of “caring for all of God’s children.” As a result, they give away many $1,000 scholarships to students studying healthcare each year to assist them in covering the costs of their education. The purpose of this scholarship is to provide support to students who are enrolled in a medical career training program at an accredited college or university. The application must be filled out by the student and submitted through the organization’s website. The scholarship will only be awarded to those who prove their commitment to serving humanity and selflessly giving back to their communities. Returning graduates are not eligible for this scholarship.
