About This Scholarship

The John C. Volderauer Scholarship has two goals: to offer financial aid to deserving students enrolled in programmes in nuclear medicine technology, ultrasound technology, sonography, magnetic resonance imaging, or radiology technology; and to offer additional funding for postgraduate study to deserving registered radiologic technologists.

A student majoring in radiologic technology, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound sonography, or nuclear medicine technology who is a permanent resident of Kalamazoo County or who is completing their clinical or didactic training there is eligible for the John C. Volderauer Scholarship. The opportunity is also extended to current radiologic technologists working in or residing in Kalamazoo County who are pursuing further education.
