The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for the John and Florence Goll Scholarship: the applicant must be a resident of the Great Lakes Bay Region; he or she must be a member of the First Congregational Church in Saginaw or have some other connection to it; the applicant must be pursuing an undergraduate degree or Career and Technical Education (CTE) training (skilled trade/vocation); the applicant must have a GPA of 2.5; and the applicant must show financial need.
