About This Scholarship

The Tiffany Green Operator Scholarship is a scholarship program sponsored by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) in memory of Tiffany Green, a McDonald’s franchise owner and operator who passed away in 2011. The scholarship is open to McDonald’s restaurant employees who are planning to pursue post-secondary education or vocational training. Applicants must have worked at a McDonald’s restaurant for a minimum of six months, be in good standing with their employer, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

The scholarship award amount varies depending on the specific scholarship program and the student’s financial need. The funds can be used to cover tuition, fees, books, and other education-related expenses.

Applicants are selected based on their academic achievement, leadership potential, community involvement, and their essay on a specified topic related to their career goals and aspirations. The application deadline is usually in March, and interested students can visit the NRAEF website for more information on the application process and requirements.

The Tiffany Green Operator Scholarship aims to support McDonald’s restaurant employees in pursuing higher education and to honor the memory of Tiffany Green, who was a successful business owner and a passionate advocate for education and training in the restaurant industry.
