About This Scholarship

The 4-H Youth in Action program is an initiative by the National 4-H Council in the United States that recognizes and celebrates young people who have made significant contributions to their communities through their involvement in 4-H. 4-H is a youth development organization that empowers young people with skills and opportunities to become engaged, responsible citizens.

The 4-H Youth in Action program selects four outstanding young individuals each year as national winners in various categories: Agriculture, Citizenship, Healthy Living, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). These young leaders have demonstrated remarkable accomplishments, leadership, and a commitment to making a positive difference in their communities and beyond.

Winners of the 4-H Youth in Action program receive recognition, mentorship, and a scholarship to support their future endeavors. They also serve as ambassadors for 4-H, sharing their stories and inspiring other young people to get involved and make a difference.
