About This Scholarship

Act Six is a full-tuition, full-need scholarship program that selects and equips diverse, multicultural leaders who are committed to using their college education to make a difference in their communities. The Act Six Indianapolis Scholarship specifically targets students from the Indianapolis area who are committed to pursuing higher education and leadership development.

The scholarship program is open to graduating high school seniors and community college students who live in Marion County or the surrounding area. To be eligible, applicants must demonstrate a commitment to leadership, service, and academic excellence and come from backgrounds that are underrepresented in higher education.

Act Six scholars are selected through a rigorous, highly competitive process that includes written essays, personal interviews, and group activities. The selection process is designed to identify students who have a strong sense of purpose and a clear vision for how they will use their college education to make a positive impact in their communities.

Act Six scholars receive full tuition, room, and board at one of the participating colleges or universities in the Indianapolis area. They also participate in a comprehensive leadership development program that includes training, mentoring, and networking opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria For Act Six Indianapolis Scholarship
