About This Scholarship

Seniors in high school are eligible for the Anna Schiller Scholarship. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.0, be a Rockford Christian High School graduate, and exhibit a strong dedication to volunteerism. To be eligible for this reward, you must also submit an essay on the subject the sponsor has chosen.

You must be a graduating senior from Rockford Christian High School who exhibits a strong commitment to bettering the lives of people in their school, community, and/or worldwide through their volunteer work in order to be eligible for the Anna Schiller Memorial Scholarship. A 2.0 GPA is required as a minimum.

Eligibility Criteria For Anna Schiller Scholarship

Here are some general requirements that applicants for ADF internships may need to fulfill:

  • Age: Internships at ADF are typically available for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
  • Educational background: ADF internships are often open to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as recent graduates. Some internships may have specific academic requirements related to fields of study such as dance, arts administration, theater, or related disciplines.
  • Dance background: While not always required, having a background in dance or a strong interest in the art form is usually beneficial and may be preferred for certain internships.
  • Availability: Interns are expected to be available for the entire duration of the ADF summer season, which typically spans several weeks. This commitment may include attending performances, workshops, and events outside of regular work hours.
  • Skills and qualifications: Internships at ADF may have specific skill requirements depending on the nature of the role. Examples of desired skills and qualifications can include proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office), basic knowledge of dance techniques, experience with event planning or production, familiarity with marketing or social media platforms, and strong organizational or communication skills.
