Eligibility Criteria For Catholic United Financial Post-High School Tuition Scholarship

Catholic United Financial is a fraternal benefit society that provides financial and volunteer support to its members. To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a Catholic United Financial member. Membership must have been effective before September 1st of the year prior to the year of application.
  • Be a high school senior or a current post-secondary student who is enrolled in or planning to enroll in an accredited post-secondary institution in the United States.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
  • Submit an essay of 500 words or less that describes their academic and personal achievements, their goals for the future, and how their Catholic faith has influenced their life.
  • Provide a transcript of their high school or college grades and an acceptance letter from the post-secondary institution they plan to attend.
  • The scholarship award amount is $5000, and it can be used to cover tuition, fees, and other educational expenses related to post-secondary education.
