About This Scholarship

The Churchill Scholarship is a highly prestigious scholarship program that provides funding for graduate study at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom. Eligibility Criteria For Churchill Scholarship

Here are the eligibility criteria for the scholarship:

  • Must be a citizen of the United States and must be a senior or recent graduate who has received or is expected to receive a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of at least 3.7.
  • Must have a well-defined research or study plan that requires study at the University of Cambridge.
  • Must have a demonstrated talent in research, as evidenced by undergraduate research projects, publications, or presentations.
  • Must be seeking a degree in science, engineering, or mathematics.
  • Must have obtained the endorsement of the applicant’s home institution, which must be one of the participating institutions in the scholarship program.
  • Must have obtained the endorsement of three recommenders, including one who can speak to the applicant’s character and one who can speak to the applicant’s research potential.
  • Must be available for an interview with the Churchill Scholarship selection committee if selected as a finalist.
