In 2016, Kaman Corporation and the Eileen Kraus Scholarship were founded. Each year, a deserving Connecticut woman entering her first year of college or university receives a scholarship worth $5,000. Eileen Kraus was the first woman to lead a significant regional financial institution and was also the founding Chairman of the Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame Board of Trustees.
