About This Scholarship

Only Lexington High School graduates with at least two years of college under their belts, a cumulative collegiate GPA of 2.5 or above, and involvement in extracurricular or community activities will be given consideration for the Emerson Memorial Scholarship. The receiver must also show a need for money. Candidates must be rising juniors, seniors, or graduate students in college.

The Lexington Community Foundation is a 501(c)3 public charity that works to support Lexington and the surrounding areas by arranging and collecting donations to meet local nonprofit needs. Donations from individuals, families, and organisations support the foundation. The goal of the Lexington Community Foundation is to promote philanthropy and build up our neighbourhood.
