Eligibility Criteria For Florida State University Mores Scholarship

The Florida State University Mores Scholarship is a prestigious scholarship program that provides financial assistance to incoming freshmen who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement, leadership, and community service.

To be eligible for the Mores Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Be an incoming freshman student at Florida State University
  • Have a minimum high school GPA of 4.0 (weighted)
  • Have a minimum SAT score of 1420 or ACT score of 32
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and a record of community service

In addition to meeting the above eligibility criteria, applicants for the Mores Scholarship are required to submit a completed application, including an essay, resume, and two letters of recommendation. Finalists for the scholarship will be invited to participate in an interview with the selection committee.

The Mores Scholarship provides full tuition, room and board, a $1,000 annual book allowance, and a $2,000 annual stipend for other educational expenses.
