The Garage Gurus Automotive Technician Scholarship is a scholarship program offered by the Federal-Mogul Motorparts Corporation. The Automotive Technician Scholarship Program will be back in 2023, according to Garage Gurus, the instruction and assistance platform from Tenneco’s DRiV group. The Gurus, now in their ninth year, will once more give out up to $30,000 in scholarships to aspiring auto technicians who have been approved or are presently enrolled in accredited, American-based automotive technical schools, colleges, or universities, or who are enrolled full-time in a U.S. high school.
Students must also submit an application, two letters of reference from individuals who are not related to them, and an essay or video in which they introduce themselves and explain why they want to become top technicians.
