  • Have a record of academic excellence: You must have a record of academic excellence, including a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale or an equivalent standard.
  • Demonstrate leadership and service: You must have demonstrated leadership and service in your community or field of study.
  • Submit a project proposal: You must submit a well-formulated project proposal that outlines your plans for postgraduate study and how they align with the goals of the Mitchell Scholarship program.
