  • High school senior: Applicants must be graduating high school seniors who plan to enroll full-time in an accredited post-secondary institution in the United States.
  • Academic achievement: Applicants must have a minimum weighted GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Athletic achievement: Applicants must have participated in at least one of the 48 sports recognized by the International Olympic Committee in the past academic year.
  • Community service: Applicants must have demonstrated a commitment to community service and leadership, with a minimum of 10 hours of community service per academic year.
  • Citizenship: Applicants must be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
  • Other requirements: Applicants must also comply with the official rules and regulations of the program, which may include submitting an essay or other application materials, participating in interviews, or meeting other criteria.
