About This Scholarship

If you’re a college student who identifies as a woman or non-binary and is interested in pursuing a creative career, the Helen Lansdowne Resor Scholarship might be for you! This scholarship is available to female and non-binary postsecondary students who want to pursue a career in any creative field and are willing to intern at Wunderman Thompson, a global marketing communications agency based in New York. Wunderman Thompson’s goal is to empower underrepresented voices in the creative industry and support students in achieving their educational goals, ultimately helping them break into the advertising industry. The scholarship is named after Helen Lansdowne Resor, the company’s first female copywriter and creative trailblazer. Every year, the scholarship awards four recipients $10,000 each, a paid internship at a Wunderman Thompson office in their respective region, mentorship from a Wunderman Thompson professional, and the possibility of a full-time job upon graduation.
