  • Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and they must demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
  • Applicants must be pursuing their first undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university in the United States.
  • Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to public service and social justice, as evidenced by their extracurricular activities, volunteer work, and/or leadership roles.
  • Applicants must submit an essay of 500 words or less that addresses the following topic: “How have you demonstrated a commitment to public service and social justice, and how will this scholarship help you achieve your future goals?”
  • Applicants must provide two letters of recommendation from individuals who can attest to their academic achievements, character, and potential for success in their chosen field of study.
