About This Scholarship

The Tony S. Davis Memorial Scholarship recognizes students who have excelled in the classroom, exhibited leadership qualities in extracurricular activities, and put in a significant amount of time performing student service learning in Montgomery County, Maryland. High school graduates from Montgomery County, Maryland who live in a neighborhood or house supported by the Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) of Montgomery County, MD, and who intend to enroll in a college or university this autumn are eligible scholarship candidates. To be eligible to apply for the Tony S. Davis Memorial Scholarship, you or your parent(s) or guardian(s) must live in a HOC-assisted housing unit. Selected candidates will be given financial aid to go towards their college tuition and other associated costs.
