About This Scholarship

The HPRA MBA Scholarship Program is a scholarship program offered by the Hispanic Public Relations Association (HPRA) to support Hispanic students pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. The scholarship is designed to help Hispanic students to pursue advanced education in business and prepare them for leadership roles in their profession.

The Hispanic Public Relations Association, which seeks to “advance the practise of Hispanic public relations; to serve as the voice for professionals; to empower its members through support, resources, and education; and to offer guidance to students pursuing careers in the field,” is the sponsor of the HPRA MBA Scholarship Program.

Eligibility Criteria For HPRA MBA Scholarship Program

The eligibility criteria for the HPRA MBA Scholarship Program are as follows:

  • All the applicants must have been accepted into an accredited MBA program at an accredited college or university in the United States and they must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours per semester.
  • All the applicants must be of Hispanic heritage to apply for this scholarship.
  • All the applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale and they must be HPRA members in good standing.
  • All the applicants must demonstrate financial need and above all they must submit a personal essay, a resume, and two letters of recommendation.
