About This Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria For Intel Scholarship For Employees’ And Retirees’ Children

The Intel Scholarship for Employees’ and Retirees’ Children is designed to support the education of the children of current or retired employees of Intel Corporation. The eligibility criteria for this scholarship program are as follows:

  • Be a high school senior or college freshman, sophomore, or junior at the time of application.
  • Be the child (natural, legally adopted, stepchild, or ward) of a current or retired Intel employee who has completed at least six months of continuous employment with Intel.
  • Plan to enroll full-time in an accredited college or university for the upcoming academic year in pursuit of an undergraduate degree.
  • Demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, community service, and a commitment to personal growth and development.
  • Submit an official high school or college transcript, a resume, two letters of recommendation, and a 500-word essay describing your academic and career goals, as well as how your personal experiences have influenced these goals.

The Intel Scholarship for Employees’ and Retirees’ Children awards up to $4,000 per year for up to four years, depending on the student’s academic performance and continued eligibility. The scholarship may be used to cover tuition, fees, books, and other educational expenses associated with pursuing an undergraduate degree.
