  • All the participants should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and demonstrate financial need by submitting a FAFSA or SAR report.
  • All the participants should submit a completed application form, official transcripts, two letters of recommendation, and a personal essay.
  • All the participants should attend the ISF Scholarship Reception Dinner and participate in the community service project.
