About This Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria For JASNA Essay Contest (Jane Austen Society of North America)

The JASNA Essay Contest is an annual writing competition organized by the Jane Austen Society of North America (JASNA), a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the study and appreciation of the works of Jane Austen.

To be eligible for the contest, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a JASNA member or be sponsored by a JASNA member.
