The scholarship is designed to support students who have been diagnosed with MS or who have a parent with MS, and who are pursuing higher education.

The scholarship awards range from $1,000 to $3,000 and can be used to cover the cost of tuition, fees, books, and other educational expenses. Scholarship recipients are also invited to participate in the MS Foundation’s community service projects and other educational programs.

To apply for the Jeffrey D. Sollender College Scholarship, applicants must submit a completed application form, official transcripts, a personal statement, and a letter from a physician confirming the MS diagnosis. The application deadline typically falls in the spring, and interested students can find more information and application instructions on the MS Foundation website.
