Eligibility Criteria For John Mabry and Paul Webster Forestry Scholarships

The John Mabry and Paul Webster Forestry Scholarships are two separate scholarship programs offered by the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to the conservation of wild turkey populations and their habitats.

To be eligible for the John Mabry Forestry Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a graduating high school senior or college student who is enrolled in or has been accepted to an accredited forestry, wildlife management, or natural resources conservation program.
  • Must be a current NWTF member or have a parent or guardian who is a current NWTF member.
  • Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and submit a completed application, which includes personal and academic information, as well as a written essay that addresses a specific topic related to forestry management and conservation.
