About This Scholarship

Students from Piedmont, Alabama, are given the Farmers & Merchants Bank Scholarship each year by the Jacksonville State University Foundation. For the benefit of a worthy Piedmont student, this fund was established by the Farmers & Merchants Bank of Piedmont. The JSU Foundation develops opportunities that will provide additional assistance to the students, programmes, services, and academic community of Jacksonville State University through collaborative relationships with people, businesses, foundations, and other organisations.

The Foundation will use image improvement, efficient asset management, business ventures, and development initiatives to fulfil its objective. In order to help Jacksonville State University accomplish its own mission of excellence in education, research, and service, the JSU Foundation’s overarching goal is to increase private gift support for the university while building the framework for future fundraising success.
