About This Scholarship

The Kostrzewa-Sivey Educational Scholarship fund was established by John Sivey and Connie Kostrzewa in memory of their parents to offer scholarships in Michigan to participants in the Career Links Programme, a programme designed to assist juniors and seniors in the county in developing the skills they need for the job market.

In order to be eligible for this Scholarship, candidates must be graduating high school seniors who are also members of Career Links, be Saginaw County residents, be pursuing an undergraduate degree or vocational training, and attend a Michigan college or university, unless a particular programme calls for attending an out-of-state institution.
