Eligibility Criteria For Lynn Buerki Memorial Scholarship

Here are some common eligibility considerations:

  • Field of study: Agriculture scholarships are typically intended for students pursuing a degree or specialization in agriculture, agribusiness, agricultural sciences, agricultural engineering, horticulture, animal sciences, or related fields. The scholarship may specifically focus on supporting those interested in careers in the agricultural industry.
  • Academic qualifications: Scholarships often have academic requirements, such as a minimum GPA or enrollment in an accredited college or university. The specific GPA or academic requirements can vary between scholarship programs.
  • Agriculture involvement and experience: Many agriculture scholarships value applicants who have demonstrated involvement in agriculture-related activities, such as participation in 4-H or Future Farmers of America (FFA), working on a farm, or conducting research in agriculture. Highlighting your experience and achievements in these areas can strengthen your scholarship application.
