About This Scholarship

This fellowship was created by William H. Palmer in memory of his sister, a well-known educator. Candidates must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for the Margaret L. Palmer Scholarship: they must be graduating seniors from Arthur Hill, Saginaw High, SASA, or Heritage high schools; they must be enrolled full-time in an elementary teaching programme at a Michigan college or university; and they must have a 2.5 GPA.
