The MIT THINK (Technology, Humanities, INnovation, and Global) Out of the Box Scholars Program is an initiative offered by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). However, as of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, I couldn’t find specific information about the “Out of the Box Scholars Program” under the THINK umbrella.
MIT THINK is a community engagement program that encourages high school students to explore their interests in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM). The program typically consists of a science research competition where participants develop innovative projects and submit their proposals to compete for recognition and potential funding.
It’s possible that the “Out of the Box Scholars Program” is a recent addition or a specialized subprogram within the larger MIT THINK initiative.
