About This Scholarship

The NBCC Foundation Military Scholarship is a scholarship program offered by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) Foundation. It is designed to support military service members and veterans who are pursuing a career in counseling. The scholarship provides financial assistance to cover the costs associated with earning a master’s degree in counseling from an accredited institution. This includes tuition, fees, and books. In addition to financial assistance, recipients of the scholarship also receive support and resources from the NBCC Foundation, including mentorship, professional development opportunities, and networking.

The scholarship is highly competitive, and recipients are selected based on their academic achievement, commitment to the field of counseling, and potential for success in the profession.
