Eligibility Criteria For Orbis MBA Fellowship

To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a citizen of an eligible country (usually, low- to middle-income countries).
  • Must have at least three years of work experience, and demonstrate a commitment to improving lives in their home country.
  • Must demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a strong motivation to contribute to the world through business.
  • incoming MBA candidates with a love for investing who have been admitted into an accredited MBA programme. 

There are no prerequisites for prior employment experience or demographic requirements.

Applicants must submit an MBA application to the Saïd Business School, as well as a separate application for the Orbis MBA Fellowship. The scholarship selection is based on academic and professional achievements, leadership potential, and the applicant’s motivation to contribute to the world through business. The scholarship recipients will be expected to return to their home country after graduation and contribute to the development of their community.
