About This Scholarship

The Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA) offers several scholarships to students who are pursuing degrees in accounting at Oregon universities and community colleges. The OSCPA scholarships include the following:

  • OSCPA Academic Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to students who are majoring in accounting and have demonstrated academic excellence.

Eligibility Criteria For OSCPA Oregon University & Community College Scholarships

The OSCPA (Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants) Oregon University & Community College Scholarships are awarded to students pursuing a career in accounting. The eligibility criteria for these scholarships are as follows:

  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an accounting program at an Oregon college or university, including community colleges.
  • Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Applicants must have completed a minimum of 36 quarter hours or 24 semester hours of college credit, including a minimum of 12 quarter hours or 8 semester hours in accounting courses.
  • Applicants must demonstrate financial need or other eligibility criteria specific to the scholarship.
  • Applicants may be required to submit transcripts, letters of recommendation, a personal statement, or other supporting documents as part of the application process.
