  • Be a high school senior or graduate, or currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college, university, or vocational school.
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and he must be a resident of California.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to LGBTQ+ equality and advocacy, as well as community service and leadership.
