About This Scholarship

Regions Riding Forward Scholarship Contest is an annual scholarship program sponsored by Regions Bank, a financial institution in the United States. Eligibility Criteria For Regions Riding Forward Scholarship Contest

The Regions Riding Forward Scholarship Contest is open to high school seniors and college students who are legal residents of the United States. The eligibility criteria for the scholarship contest are as follows:

  • Applicants must be a high school senior or college student who is enrolled or planning to enroll in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited college or university in the United States.
  • Applicants for Regions Riding Forward Scholarship Contest must be a legal resident of the United States.
  • Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Applicants must write an essay of 500 words or less that describes an African-American who has inspired and motivated them.

In addition to meeting these eligibility criteria, applicants must also submit a completed application form and official transcripts. The essay will be judged based on originality, writing style, and overall quality.
