The scholarship is open to high school seniors, as well as current community college students, who reside in Cumberland County and are pursuing an associate degree or certificate program at Fayetteville Technical Community College or the Sandhills Community College Hoke Center. The scholarship provides up to $3,500 per year to cover tuition, fees, books, and other educational expenses.
