About This Scholarship

The Ruth F. Wallace Scholarship was established in Mrs. Ruth F. Wallace’s honor to aid qualified McDuffie County residents, particularly Thomson High School graduates, in continuing their pursuit of secondary education. This $1,000 award is renewable for three additional years following the original award, providing all renewal criteria are satisfied. must be pursuing a degree in business, education, engineering, manufacturing, or technology, or a field closely allied to one of these fields.
