About This Scholarship

Ruth walked daily with the Lord and took great pleasure in the little things in life. She dedicated her life to the people she loved while also giving generously and helping others who were in need. The Ruth Regina Halcli Memorial Scholarship is available to promote self-giving to the Saginaw community.

Applicants must be Saginaw County residents, be in their senior year of high school or be enrolled in college, be working towards an undergraduate, graduate, vocational, or associate degree, and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 to be considered for the Ruth Regina Halcli Memorial Scholarship. Essays, shown leadership skills, professional aspirations, and general participation in work, school, and/or community activities will all be considered evaluation factors.
