  • Be a woman currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in engineering or computer science at an accredited college or university.
  • Be a resident of or attending school in the Lehigh Valley Section of the Society of Women Engineers, which includes the following counties in Pennsylvania: Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton, and Schuylkill.
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and they must be a student member of the Society of Women Engineers.
  • Submit a completed application, including a personal statement, a resume, a transcript, and two letters of recommendation.

The Society of Women Engineers – Lehigh Valley Section awards scholarships of up to $5,000, which can be used to cover tuition, fees, books, and other educational expenses associated with pursuing a degree in engineering or computer science.
