About This Scholarship

As a trusted steward and service provider to philanthropists and nonprofit organizations, the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado promotes cooperation, acts as a catalyst for neighborhood projects, and fosters collaboration. The Community Foundation of Northern Colorado generously grants various scholarships.

The Stephen J. Roy Memorial Scholarship was established to help deserving Larimer County residents who are interested in studying law, our political system, debate, or other courses of study closely related to the practise of law and who have financial need.
