The Students of History Scholarship

The Students of History Scholarship is a scholarship program that is available to high school seniors who plan to pursue higher education at an accredited college or university. The eligibility criteria for this scholarship include the following:

• Enrollment: Applicants must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as full-time students in an accredited college or university.
• Major: Applicants may be pursuing any major or field of study.
• GPA: All the applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Citizenship: All the applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States.
• Financial Need: Applicants may be required to demonstrate financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
• Essay: Applicants must submit an essay that describes their interest in history, how they plan to use their education to make a positive impact on the world, and the impact that the scholarship would have on their future.
• Community Service: Applicants may be evaluated based on their involvement in community service and volunteer activities.
• Recommendation Letters: Applicants may be required to provide letters of recommendation from teachers, counselors, or other professionals who can attest to their academic achievements, personal character, and potential for success in higher education.
