Thelma Nennemann Aspegren Memorial Scholarship candidates must be either current graduating seniors or previous high school graduates from the Community School District of Sidney in Fremont County, Iowa. Within three years of the applicant’s high school graduation date, former graduates must submit an application. All things being equal, the current-year graduate will be given preference.
