About This Scholarship

The UIC Chancellor’s Fellows is a prestigious scholarship program offered by the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). The program is designed to attract and support highly talented and motivated students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, leadership skills, and a commitment to serving their communities.

Each year, a select group of incoming freshmen are awarded the UIC Chancellor’s Fellowship, which provides full tuition and fees, a generous stipend for living expenses, and a range of academic and co-curricular opportunities. The fellowship is renewable for up to four years, contingent upon the fellow’s academic progress and continued involvement in the program.

In addition to financial support, UIC Chancellor’s Fellows receive personalized mentoring from faculty and staff, access to special academic and research opportunities, and the chance to participate in a vibrant community of scholars and leaders. The program seeks to empower students to pursue their academic and career goals while making a positive impact on their communities and the world at large.
