About This Scholarship

The University of South Florida Green & Gold Scholars Award is another scholarship program offered by the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, Florida. Unlike the Green & Gold Presidential Award, which is exclusively for incoming freshmen, the Green & Gold Scholars Award is available to both incoming freshmen and transfer students.

The Green & Gold Scholars Award is awarded to students who have demonstrated academic excellence, leadership potential, and community involvement. Recipients of the scholarship receive a financial award of $5,000 per year, renewable for up to four years, to help cover the cost of tuition, fees, and other educational expenses.

The application process for the Green & Gold Scholars Award is competitive, and the scholarship is awarded to a limited number of students each year. Recipients of the scholarship are expected to maintain a high level of academic performance and to participate in leadership and service activities while enrolled at USF.
