About This Scholarship

Scholarships in plant science are provided by the Western Reserve Herb Society. These are available to students pursuing a bachelor’s degree who have finished their second or sophomore year of undergraduate education. A grade point average of 3.2 or above and enrollment in an approved institution or university are requirements for these scholarships. The Ohio Scholarship and the National Scholarship are two scholarships provided by the Western Reserve Herb Society.

While all Ohio candidates are automatically considered for the National Scholarship, the Ohio Scholarship is only available to students attending accredited institutions in the state of Ohio. In contrast, the National Scholarship is available to all students attending accredited colleges and universities nationwide.
