The Timothy S. and Palmer W. Bigelow, Jr. Scholarship is a scholarship program administered by the New England Fishery Management Council (NEFMC) in the United States. The scholarship provides financial assistance to undergraduate and graduate students who are pursuing a degree in marine biology, fisheries science, or a related field, and who are interested in pursuing a career in marine resource conservation and management.
