The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for the Clifford H. Spicer Memorial Scholarship: the applicant must be a Michigan resident, a high school senior or college student (full-time) pursuing an undergraduate degree in land surveying or civil engineering and enroll in an ABET-accredited program. A student enrolled in a transfer program to an ABET-accredited program may be taken into consideration if there are no candidates enrolled in ABET-accredited programs.
